NOTICE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY
Portland State University (PSU) (“Owner”) is accepting electronic bids for the Campus Wide (CW) LEED O+M Certification (“Project”).
Briefly, the work includes providing Consulting Services to achieve LEED O+M certification of five buildings on campus.
