Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is inviting bids for On-Call Refrigeration Equipment Repairs and Maintenance for the Oregon Convention Center, Portland Expo Center and Portland’5 Centers for the Arts.
