Description
Contractor will provide emergency repair response and routine on call non-emergency repair service for HVAC for industrial, residential and commercial properties owned by Metro. Locations include Metro facilities, sites and venues including approximately 28 residential sites through-out the Metro Region, park facilities, nature parks, and boat ramps.
Services may include, but are not necessarily limited to, diagnosis, repair, maintenance and/or replacement. Please see ITB for details.
