Description
Metro's Deputy COOs are seeking a consultant to develop a learning curriculum that the Central Service Directors will be required to participate in that is focused on establishing a shared commitment and understanding of what it means to be a successful, service-oriented leader.
Metro's organizational structure includes a portfolio of "Central Services" which are defined by specific functions organized within departments, overseen by Director-level leaders. The central service departments include Human Resources, Finance & Regulatory Services, Communications, Capital Asset Management, Information Technology, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Special Instructions
A. Proposal Writing Coaching: For this RFP, Metro offers free coaching for interested COBID firms. The coaching will be done by a contractor of Metro’s choice. The coaching will be a 30 – 60 minute session about writing a proposal in general. Any interested firms must communicate that interest by 2:00 pm on December 27, 2024 to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov. Metro staff will be in touch to connect you with the contractor for scheduling.
