Notice of Intent to Award an Interstate Cooperative Contract

Description

Interstate Cooperative Procurement must provide public notice of intent if the governmental body is not currently named in the agreement as a Participant or if the solicitation was not advertised within Oregon.

The attached is a Notice of Intent to Award a Contract to Gartner Inc. through the use of an Interstate Cooperative Procurement and is hereby published in accordance with Oregon State Statute ORS279A.200. This notice shall remain posted for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to contract award. 

Procurement Description:  deliverables-based information technology services (DBITS); Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics, and Automation, including Data Warehousing; IT Assessments, Planning, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Market Research, Procurement Advisory, and Contract Implementation Services; and Project and Program Management.
